At $295,000 ($192 per square foot), the single-family residence located at 300 Blueberry Lane offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in November. This property, built in 1960, provides 1,540 square feet of living space, featuring four bedrooms and two baths, and sits on a 9,375-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Nov. 22.

In November, a single-family house, with three bedrooms and two baths, located at 300 Scarboro Drive, changed ownership. The property, covering 1,850 square feet, was built in 1960 and was sold for $280,000, which calculates to $151 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 0.4-acre. The deal was finalized on Nov. 22.
