A graduate of the University of Dallas, he joined the Chronicle in 2022. He has reported for community newspapers across Texas, including the Galveston County Daily News, the Nacogdoches Daily Sentinel and the Fort Bend Star.

Alexandra leads a team of reporters that produce interactive charts, graphics and story templates in collaboration with the Houston Chronicle and San Antonio Express-News. She joined Hearst in May 2021 after stints at City Monitor, Louisville Public Media and Public Source.

She holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Maryland Institute College of Art.
