WWE decided to bring Hulk Hogan back to its television on this week's episode of Raw at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California, deciding he was a big enough name and it was a big enough show at the right time to have him show up.
After some initial cheers, he was loudly booed.
There were cheers for "Real American" hitting the loudspeakers, and the initial pop seemed to indicate he has been forgiven at least enough to make appearances worth it. And then the boos started up and got louder and louder, eventually drowning out the cheers. They seemed to gain more steam when the cheering fans realized they were overwhelmed.
Hogan, whose back appears to be so bad he can barely walk, didn't even go all the way to the ring. Instead, he stood at the entrance and cut a promo talking about the Netflix partnership, all while some passionate LA faithful were booing him as loud as they could.
