The invite did not guarantee admission.
The location was not announced.
According to a news release from the Harris campaign, she will crisscross Pennsylvania on Monday, holding a "Get Out The Vote" campaign rally in Allentown some time in the early afternoon. Scranton was not mentioned in the early release.
