Justin Baldoni's Lawyer Releases Bombshell Video of Blake Lively Scene

The raw two-minute video showed Justin, 40, and Blake, 37, dancing close together while shooting a scene and included the uncut audio of their conversation during the takes, which attorney Bryan Freedman -- who has gone on record numerous times and told the public that Justin and team has nothing to hide and this, once more proves this -- shared with In Touch on Tuesday, January 21.

Blake claimed in a complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department in December 2024 that in the scene between their characters Lily and Ryle, her costar Justin "leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said, 'it smells so good,'" the complaint alleged, adding that the scene didn't require sound.

Justin "was caressing Ms. Lively with his mouth in a way that had nothing to do with their roles," the complaint continued. The document later added that when Blake objected to his behavior, Justin allegedly responded by telling her, "I'm not even attracted to you."

The takes showed Justin nuzzling Blake's neck while filming the scene, jokingly asking her, "Am I getting beard on you today?" Blake laughed and responded, "I'm probably getting spray tan on you." He told her, "It smells good," as the actress explained, "Well, it's not that. It's my body makeup." Justin continued in character, putting his hands over Blake's hair before caressing her face.

In another take with the pair dancing, Blake told Justin, "I'm feeling so nosey. It's just noses," while cracking up, as he responded, "And my nose is so big."

"Yes, I was hoping we could address this. It's not too late," the Gossip Girl alum told him as they both laughed before Justin -- who directed the film -- yelled "cut!"

In a third take, the pair danced and gazed into each other's eyes as Blake remarked how she thought they might be off their marks and how the lighting was slightly different. Justin leaned in, telling her it was OK because he thought it was better when the light was behind him.

The pair continued dancing as Justin kissed Blake on the forehead and later nuzzled her neck again while in character. Blake told him how she thought they should be talking more, explaining, "I think it's more romantic if we're, like, dancing and talking." Justin agreed with her scene advice as they discussed how it would be part of a montage.

Blake further explained that she thought it would be romantic to have the pair talk, "Cause then you're like what are they saying?" referring to the audience. Justin noted the scene was going to appear in slow motion. "They're never going to find out," he said about what viewers would see in the final cut of their dancing scene.

The duo then began talking about their respective spouses. Blake said she and husband Ryan Reynolds "never shut up." Justin shared that he and his wife, Emily Baldoni, could stare at each other without saying a word. "Literally like we've done it for five minutes," he revealed while adding that the couple had been like that "from the very beginning."

"Oh my god, there's not enough time in the day to talk," Blake said about her relationship with Ryan, 48, "It's, like, 'Oh my God, I forgot to tell you something else.'"

"Oh, I think that's cute. You guys are really cute, "Justin told Blake about her marriage to Ryan, as they continued to dance and gaze at each other. Justin then gave a direction that they should do a tighter shot as the pair discussed showing restraint at having their lips close, but not actually kissing. Justin gave the direction, "heads together," and they leaned in and touched foreheads.

The Daily Mail was first to report and share video of the uncut scene.

In Blake's December filing against Justin and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, the A Simple Favor star claimed she and other cast and crew experienced "invasive, unwelcome, unprofessional and sexually inappropriate behavior" by Justin while including and the company's CEO, Jamey Heath, in the complaint. He served as a producer on It Ends With Us.

The following day, The New York Times published an article titled "We Can Bury Anyone: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine," which detailed an alleged campaign to tarnish Blake's image and reputation after she accused Justin of misconduct.

The Jane the Virgin alum was subsequently dropped by his talent agency, William Morris Endeavor.

On December 31, 2024, Blake formally filed a lawsuit in New York federal court against Justin, publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel, Wayfarer Studios and several others for "retaliating against her for reporting sexual harassment and workplace safety concerns."

Later that day, Justin sued The New York Times for libel in a $250 civil suit, claiming their article was "rife with inaccuracies, misrepresentations, and omissions" that relied on Blake's "self-serving narrative." It also accused the paper of cowering "to the wants and whims of two powerful 'untouchable' Hollywood elites," referring to Blake and Ryan.

Justin filed a $400 million lawsuit against Blake, Ryan, and the actress' publicist, Leslie Sloane, on January 16. He accused The Shallows star of civil extortion and defamation in his complaint.

Justin and Wayfarer's powerhouse lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told In Touch, "This lawsuit is a legal action based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team's duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media. It is clear based on our own all out willingness to provide all complete text messages, emails, video footage and other documentary evidence that was shared between the parties in real time, that this is a battle she will not win and will certainly regret."

He continued, "Blake Lively was either severely misled by her team or intentionally and knowingly misrepresented the truth. Ms. Lively will never again be allowed to continue to exploit actual victims of real harassment solely for her personal reputation gain at the expense of those without power. Let's not forget, Ms. Lively and her team attempted to bulldoze reputations and livelihoods for heinously selfish reasons through their own dangerous manipulation of the media before even taking any actual legal action. We know the truth, and now the public does too. Justin and his team have nothing to hide, documents do not lie."

After Justin's lawsuit was filed in federal court, Blake's legal team told In Touch, "The strategy of attacking the woman is desperate, it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively's complaint, and it will fail."
