As the 2024 college football season continues into November, we're tracking all the teams that are still in contention for a perfect season.
Only three FBS teams remain undefeated, as Kansas beat No. 6 BYU on Nov. 16. The Big Ten leads the way with two unbeaten teams, followed by the Big 12 and the American with one. The SEC lost its final undefeated team after Georgia took down Texas in Week 8.
The ranking lists teams in order of the College Football Playoff rankings.
Record: 11-0 (8-0 Big Ten)
Last game: Defeated Wisconsin, 16-13
Last undefeated season: 1916 (7-0-1, won Rose Bowl)
The Ducks continued their dominant season with a win over Oregon in Week 12. Atticus Sappington's 24-yard field goal sealed the win late in the fourth quarter against the Badgers. Dan Lanning's squad has one home game against Washington between them and a perfect regular season.
Indiana picked up a huge win against Michigan in Week 11, and Curt Cignetti's squad is rolling heading into a bye week. The Hoosiers get a week to prepare for a matchup with Ohio State in Week 13 in Columbus. Indiana has never beaten Ohio State in football, and if it walks away with a win, the Hoosiers will be in a prime spot to compete for the Big Ten championship.
