Authorities in Houston are searching for a man with dementia as the conditions from Tuesday's winter storm remain intense.

Gary Bishop, 70, has a formal diagnosis of dementia and takes medication.

He was last contacted on Jan. 18, and he was seen on Jan. 19 on the 7100 block of Winfree Drive in Houston. He was seen traveling on foot, wearing a gray pullover with blue jeans and black Crocs.
