Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes may after all remain in the Italian capital until the end of the season.
The market rumors that linked Paredes to a possible return to Boca Juniors as early as the next January transfer window seemed to be becoming more and more insistent.
The Giallorossi midfielder, in fact, has seen his minutes significantly reduced since the start of the season, finding little space with both Daniele De Rossi and Ivan Juric.
However, with the arrival of Claudio Ranieri on the Roma bench, things could change for the Argentine midfielder.
According to Argentine journalist Tato Aguilera, Ranieri is thinking of keeping Paredes in the capital, at least for the moment.
Aguilera claims that Ranieri wants to keep him, thus delaying Paredes' move to Boca until the end of the season.
