TUPELO - A wreck two months ago led to the arrest of a Tupelo man for aggravated driving under the influence.
Tupelo police responded to a two-vehicle wreck on West Jackson Street near Church Street Sept. 21. One of the vehicles had severe damage and its driver was seriously injured. The driver of the second vehicle, Colter A. Parker, 30, of North Broadway Street, Tupelo, was arrested on misdemeanor charges.
After further investigation, Parker was arrested again Nov. 9 and charged with aggravated DUI.
During his initial appearance, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Harry Sumner set bond at $100,000.
