Heavy winds and snow downed trees and led to road closures throughout Northern California as a "bomb cyclone" pummeled the West Coast on November 20.
Trees came crashing down onto cars and ranching equipment in Cheyenne Grossman's yard on Wednesday, with the powerful storm leaving her home just north of Weed near the base of Mount Shasta in disarray.
The powerful storm hit Northern California especially hard, dumping extreme levels of snow and rain, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Communities closer to the coast have reported major flooding, leading to road closures. The rain and snow are expected to continue into tonight and winds will continue to create hazardous conditions, according to the National Weather Service. Credit: Cheyenne Grossman via Storyful
