AUGUSTA -- Maine State Credit Union recently recognized eight employees nominated by their peers for setting an exemplary standard of excellence.
Each year, employees are recognized across eight categories, highlighting their dedication to fostering a strong organizational culture and contributing to the credit union's growth, according to a news release from the credit union.
This year's award recipients: Jennifer Chipman, business development, Rockland, received the Social Responsibility Award; Jason Cormier, vice president of lending, Farmingdale, received the Leading Forward Award; Melissa Boudreau, card services, Augusta, received the Commitment to Culture Award; Nicolette Robson, mortgage processing, Augusta, received the Growing for Tomorrow Award; Miles Turner, financial services representative, Waterville, received the Dedication to Member Service Award; Ashley Dyer, deposit operations, Augusta, received the Dedication to Team Member Service Award; Randi Gurski, financial services representative, Waterville, received the Innovation Visionary Award; and Peter Dow, vice president of loan servicing, Farmingdale, received the Empowerment Advocate Award.
Award winners were honored at the annual Maine State Credit Union Employee Banquet at the Augusta Elks Lodge.
